Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation terms for enterprise software licenses.

Overview

PrimeStack Solutions sells annual software licenses on behalf of third-party vendors. Refunds and cancellations are subject to vendor terms and our policy below. We aim to be transparent and fair in all refund requests.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Before activation: Unused license keys that have not been activated may be eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, subject to vendor approval.
  • Duplicate or wrong order: If you were charged in error, received a duplicate order, or ordered the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.
  • Non-delivery: If you did not receive your license or access as promised, we will rectify the issue or issue a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Licenses that have been activated or deployed
  • Renewals or subscription periods already in use
  • Custom or enterprise quotes once work has begun
  • Training, deployment, or professional services already delivered

How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to our billing team with your order reference, reason for the request, and (if applicable) confirmation that the license has not been activated. We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Vendor Terms

Many software vendors do not permit refunds once a license is issued or activated. In such cases, we cannot offer a refund even if requested within our stated window. We will inform you of any vendor restrictions when you submit a request.
