We sell software licenses, subscriptions, and digital products. All products are subject to their respective vendor End User License Agreements (EULAs) in addition to these terms.

3. License Terms

• Software licenses are for the specified number of users/devices only
• Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
• You agree to comply with the software vendor's EULA
• Unauthorized redistribution or resale is prohibited

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• We accept Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (select regions)
• Payment is required before digital product delivery
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

5. Digital Delivery

By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge:

• Products are delivered electronically via email
• Delivery occurs after payment verification
• You are responsible for providing a valid email address

6. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

8. Prohibited Uses
