Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Product not delivered within 48 hours
  • License key is invalid or doesn't work
  • Product significantly different from description
  • Technical issues preventing activation (with documentation)
  • Duplicate purchases (accidental)

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Products that have been activated/redeemed
  • Subscription services after the service period has begun
  • Change of mind after activation
  • Incompatibility issues that were documented in system requirements

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@arcana-it.com within 14 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and detailed reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription products:

  • Cancel anytime before renewal to prevent future charges
  • Access continues until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time
