Enterprise License Policy

Due to the nature of enterprise software licensing, all sales are subject to our standard terms:

Eligible for Consideration:

  • License not delivered within agreed timeframe
  • Technical issues preventing activation (with documentation)
  • Product materially different from specifications

Standard Terms:

  • All licenses are annual commitments
  • Activated licenses are non-refundable
  • Tier upgrades available at prorated pricing
  • Early renewal discounts available

Resolution Process

  1. Contact support@primestacksolution.com within 14 days
  2. Provide order details and issue documentation
  3. Our team will review within 3 business days
  4. Resolution options will be provided

License Transfers

Enterprise licenses may be transferred within your organization. Contact support for assistance with license reassignment.
