Enterprise License Policy
Due to the nature of enterprise software licensing, all sales are subject to our standard terms:
Eligible for Consideration:
- License not delivered within agreed timeframe
- Technical issues preventing activation (with documentation)
- Product materially different from specifications
Standard Terms:
- All licenses are annual commitments
- Activated licenses are non-refundable
- Tier upgrades available at prorated pricing
- Early renewal discounts available
Resolution Process
- Contact support@primestacksolution.com within 14 days
- Provide order details and issue documentation
- Our team will review within 3 business days
- Resolution options will be provided
License Transfers
Enterprise licenses may be transferred within your organization. Contact support for assistance with license reassignment.
